About Us
Duel is a SaaS company on a mission to make Brand Advocacy the industry standard playbook for building brilliant retail brands. It was founded by world record breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer, alongside viral games developer Naio Tsarouchis, and we exist to show there’s a better way to build businesses, to build a better future, proving that caring for people builds brand, which builds long term and exponential profit returns.
The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows enterprise brands to do just that, scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. We’re proud today that brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria’s Secret and Elemis (to name a few, but not to name some household names that we can’t talk about yet) are doing just that. The Duel team comprises psychologists, brand experts and community builders, combining cutting edge brand expertise, with seasoned SaaS experience.
The Role
At Duel, we don’t just build, we build once and scale everywhere. Every relationship, piece of content, idea, or framework we create is purposeful and designed for maximum impact.
We’re seeking a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to establish our presence in New York City and bring our brand advocacy vision to life. Reporting to our Head of Community and working closely with our Director of Marketing you’ll be responsible for on-the-ground activation of our marketing programs across NYC.
In this role, you’ll represent Duel at key industry events, lead our signature Duel-owned experiences (including the highly regarded Brand Advocacy Summit), and strengthen our influential Duel Trusted Network by cultivating essential relationships throughout the city.
Beyond event management, you’ll amplify our voice by contributing to content initiatives, such as the “Building Brand Advocacy” podcast and by developing marketing campaigns tailored to New York’s vibrant market.
If you’re a brand-centric marketer who excels at building authentic connections and driving tangible impact, we’d love to meet you.
We’re looking for someone who will…
Organise and manage regional Duel events, from intimate dinners with tier 1 ICP brands to our annual Brand Advocacy Summit in NYC.
Coordinate Duel’s participation in national and international conferences and trade shows (e.g., ShopTalk, NRF).
Create and execute custom in-person activations in New York to engage customers and prospects, boosting Duel’s brand visibility in our core growth market.
Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns to our US ICP audience, encompassing the Building Brand Advocacy Podcast, local and national events, webinars, email marketing, direct mail, and more, to generate and nurture leads at ICP brands.
Collaborate with regional sales teams and our global ABM function to identify opportunities for engaging and nurturing ICP accounts, ensuring marketing efforts align with pipeline targets and sales goals.
Work closely with our Head of Community, EMEA Field Marketing Manager, and Business Development teams to engage and nurture ICP contacts through the Duel Trusted Network and other strategic initiatives.
We’d love to hear from you if you…
