Duel was founded by world-record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer.
We set out to make Brand Advocacy the industry standard philosophy for building brilliant retail brands. Today, we're the leading Brand Advocacy Platform, helping brands like Abercrombie and Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria’s Secret, LUSH and Elemis grow through their own advocate and creator communities, not through ads.
At the heart of our platform is the Advocate Relationship Management system, a single source of truth for every type of advocate, from everyday customers and content creators to ambassadors and employees. It enables brands to recruit, activate and scale fully owned networks of creators, managing tens of thousands of advocates with the same resources that once supported only a few hundred. Our Enterprise AI capabilities automate the mundane, so brand teams can focus on what matters: building authentic relationships that drive measurable, lasting growth.
Our team of 65 plus, is composed of psychologists, brand experts and community builders, combining agency grade brand expertise with seasoned SaaS technology experience.
