About Us
Duel is a SaaS company on a mission to make Brand Advocacy the industry standard philosophy for building brilliant retail brands. It was founded by world record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer. We exist to show that companies built for advocacy can change the world. In today's hyper connected world in which social media is now twice the size of all other media channels combined and entirely user-generated, the most successful brands are the ones investing in people and in community, not in ads.
The Duel Brand Advocacy Solution allows enterprise brands to do just that. We have onboarded over 60 influential brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria's Secret, LUSH and Elemis. The Duel team's global presence includes offices in New York City & London.
Our team of 60+ is composed of psychologists, brand experts and community builders, combining cutting-edge brand expertise with seasoned SaaS experience.
Backed by top VCs, Duel recently announced a $16 million Series A, which will accelerate growth in the US from our base in New York, and bring our entirely AI-driven product vision to life to equip brands with the solution needed to drive growth through thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors.
The Role
We are hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to own Duel's go-to-market revenue engine. You will become the single source of truth for revenue data across go-to-market and finance, owning our HubSpot CRM end to end, building the processes that both functions trust and helping us scale with clarity.
You will sit at the intersection of go-to-market and finance, reporting into finance for data integrity and accountability, but deeply embedded in the GTM rhythm day to day. You will work closely with our Head of Strategic Marketing on systems strategy, with our sales team on process and pipeline, and with finance on forecasting and revenue accuracy.
You are accountable for the revenue data model, data accuracy across the entire customer lifecycle, from first marketing touch through to post-sale. If the numbers are wrong, that is yours to fix. If the numbers are trusted, that is yours to protect. Teams across the business will work from your single source of truth, not their own versions of it.
HubSpot, end to end. You will inherit a CRM that needs a fresh set of eyes and a disciplined hand. Your starting point is simplification: reduce the fields, fix the workflows, remove the noise. Then optimise relentlessly, working cross functionally on process compliance, with finance on revenue tracking, and with go-to-market on making the system work the way the business actually operates.
We're Looking for Someone Who Will…
Own the data, the workflows, the process, produce clear dashboards and be accountable for what they show
Own the forecasting cadence. You will move the needle from "gut-feel" to data-backed predictability, validating pipeline health and ensuring our commercial decisions are accurate, transparent, and rigorous.
Run HubSpot with deep expertise; building, simplifying, and optimising with genuine command of the platform
You won’t just manage HubSpot; you will create a cohesive, automated revenue ecosystem that drives high adoption and provides a seamless user experience across GTM and Finance teams
Work across the full revenue org; sales, marketing, brand partnerships, and finance and built trust in all of them
Continuously engage with the engagement model to identify and dismantle bottlenecks. You will design and implement lean, scalable workflows that allow our sales teams to spend less time on admin and more time winning deals.
Think about AI's role in RevOps, not as a technical requirement, but as a natural part of how you approach your work
Own reporting insights & analytics by ensuring our data is pristine. You will be responsible for the accuracy of QBRs and Board-level reporting, ensuring leadership has a clear, untarnished view of business performance
Dig deep into HubSpot and the revenue mode. Assimilate how go-to-market and finance are currently working and where they're not.
Bridge the gap between raw data and frontline behavior. You will partner with GTM teams to translate operational insights into high-impact strategies, directly accelerating "time-to-productivity" and driving measurable revenue lift.
Build stakeholder relationships across every team that touches revenue.
Build a forecasting methodology that is clear and understood across GTM and FInance teams.
Proactively report to senior leadership where the next optimisation opportunity is, where we can improve the revenue data model.
We'd Love to Hear from You If You Have…
5+ years, hands-on revenue operations experience, you've owned a HubSpot CRM and a revenue data model, not just supported one.
Deep, commercial HubSpot expertise, certified or actively working towards it.
A startup or scale-up background, you understand the pace, the ambiguity, and the breadth of ownership that comes with it.
Experience working across both go-to-market and finance functions, and the commercial fluency to hold your own in both.
A track record of improving data accuracy and building trust in revenue systems.
Experience building or significantly improving a forecasting process
AI awareness, you're thinking about how AI fits into how RevOps works
The Person
You're a doer. You come in, you assimilate what's there, form a view, and start making things better, without waiting for a perfect brief or a fully mapped plan.
You're commercially curious. You care about why the data matters, not just whether it's accurate.
You understand go-to-market motions and can translate between sales, marketing, and finance without losing anything in between.
You're on an upward trajectory. You've been around strong leadership, you've built good instincts, and you're ready to step into real ownership.
You're someone who adds new perspectives to our Bloody Brilliant & Utterly Lovely culture. You bring fresh ideas, challenge the status quo constructively, and make the people around you better.
You take your work seriously, but not yourself and you understand that the best teams are built on trust, candour, and a genuine enjoyment of working together.
