About us
Duel is a SaaS company on a mission to make Brand Advocacy the industry standard philosophy for building brilliant retail brands. It was founded by world record-breaking adventurer and former brand ambassador Paul Archer, alongside viral games developer Naio Tsarouchis.
We exist to show that companies built for advocacy can change the world. We believe there’s a better way to build businesses, and we seek to prove that caring for people over short-term sales builds Brand, which in turn yields long-term and exponential profit returns thanks to the advocacy it drives.
The Duel Brand Advocacy Solution allows enterprise brands to do just that, scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. We’re proud today that 60 brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria’s Secret, LUSH and Elemis (to name a few, but not to name some household names that we can’t talk about… yet) are doing just that. The Duel team comprises psychologists, brand experts and community builders, combining cutting-edge brand expertise with seasoned SaaS experience.
The Role
We’re on the hunt for a commercially savvy, data-obsessed Revenue Operations Leader to bring clarity, performance, and alignment across Duel’s Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. As our RevOps Lead, you’ll be the architect of our GTM operating engine, building end-to-end reporting infrastructure, stitching systems together, and turning streams of data into insights that fuel faster, smarter decisions.
You’ll work hand-in-hand with our incoming CFO and collaborate closely with Finance and Operations to make sure every number adds up to growth.
If you’re a systems thinker with deep RevOps expertise (bonus points for MarTech chops) and you thrive in the energy of a fast-paced startup, this role gives you the chance to make a real impact. Success in this position means creating a clean, connected, and scalable GTM engine that delivers unified reporting, seamless integrations, and actionable insights.
Your work will give Duel the operational backbone to scale faster, leaner, and smarter, while unlocking performance across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance
We’re looking for someone who will…
Enable GTM clarity and efficiency by aligning Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.
Drive pipeline visibility, accelerate sales velocity, boost retention, scale GTM teams, underpinned by advancing Duel’s commercial growth goals.
Lay the long-term foundation for category leadership by building scalable RevOps infrastructure that supports ARR growth.
Implement end-to-end customer lifecycle visibility to improve net revenue retention and gross revenue retention.
Audit GTM systems, processes, and data quality; deliver a “state of play” report with a quick-win action plan; and build strong cross-functional relationships.
Implement quick-win improvements such as CRM hygiene and standardized dashboards, and propose a roadmap for GTM process and system enhancements.
Deliver the first unified GTM reporting package for the executive team and board, showing measurable improvements in workflows and metrics.
Break down siloed GTM data, move reporting from reactive to proactive, and drive adoption of a single source of truth with actionable insights tied to revenue goals.
Build and deploy an end-to-end GTM Intelligence & Reporting System.
Partner with the data and AI team to integrate Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance with real-time data flows and automated insights.
Deliver an executive GTM intelligence suite with predictive analysis across acquisition, conversion, retention, and expansion.
We’d love to hear from you if…
5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, or Sales Operations, ideally within SaaS or MarTech.
A track record of supporting scaling startups (Series A–C), building operational clarity out of ambiguity.
Experience working directly with finance leaders to align GTM operations with commercial outcomes.
CRM/RevOps expertise with tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
Strong data analysis and dashboarding skills (Looker, Tableau, or similar).
Proven ability in GTM system integration across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success platforms.
Expertise in forecasting and pipeline analysis, delivering confidence and accuracy for leadership and investors.
Demonstrated financial alignment experience, connecting GTM strategy with revenue and budgeting processes.
AI/ML literacy with the ability to evaluate, implement, and optimize AI tools for revenue operations, while collaborating with data science teams on custom solutions.
Strong ability to influence & drive alignment across cross-functional senior leaders through clarity and data.
Skill in storytelling with data, turning complex insights into compelling, decision-driving narratives.
Resilience and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving scale-up environment.
The Dueligan Culture
We want to build a remarkable company with remarkable people and a remarkable culture that you will want to shout from the rooftops about. Advocacy is our north star, both for our customers and our employees.
A High Trust, Tight Ship, full of Utterly Lovely & Bloody Brilliant People doing their Best Work Together
We value trust and freedom above all else. Yet this must be combined with deep ownership, execution, and clear, candid communication. If this is not how you are at Duel, or you break that trust, you will not be around for long.
Dueligans combined are the largest shareholders in Duel. We take that concept of ownership seriously.
In-person and remote working balance ...
We do much of our best work as a team together in the office, which is why we are only hiring people within a commutable distance of our London, Bristol or New York offices. However, we also know that we do our best work alone at home, and we all need to be able to balance work with life, childcare commitments, and other responsibilities. The office philosophy is hybrid, where you're encouraged to be in the office a few days a week, namely when your team will be there.
However, the name of the game with everything we do is freedom and flexibility. So you do, as long as it's not at the expense of others.
Duel Perks and Package
We have a growing benefits package, including;
