Senior Brand Advocacy Consultant
Location: New York - Hybrid
Duel is on the hunt for an exceptional Senior Brand Advocacy Consultant to join our growing sales team, in New York City. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual with an authentic love for brands and a sharp commercial edge. You’ll be engaging with CMOs, VPs of Brand, and VPs of Marketing at some of the world’s most innovative and inspiring retail, beauty and fashion brands, educating them on the power of brand advocacy with Duel’s cutting-edge SaaS platform.
This role is for someone equally passionate about brand marketing as they are about owning a quota and closing transformative enterprise deals.

The Duel Brand Advocacy Platform allows enterprise brands to do just that - scaling how they manage their relationships with thousands of advocates, customers, creators and brand ambassadors. We’re proud today that brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Fossil, Kohl’s, Charlotte Tilbury, Spanx, Victoria’s Secret and The Container Store (to name a few, but not to name some household names that are yet to go live) are doing just that.
The Duel team comprises psychologists, brand experts, community builders, young entrepreneurs, psychologists, and other exceptional talents.
The Role:
Brand Evangelism: You’ll work with the world’s most exciting brands to help them unlock growth by integrating Duel into their customer experience and brand advocacy strategies. Leveraging their marketing campaigns to support the buy, drive brand awareness and sell through the Duel solution.
Enterprise Sales: Proactively educating a tailored list of high performing brands developing their knowledge on the commercial impact of Brand Advocacy. You’ll work cross-functionally with Brand Success, Marketing & Product teams within the business to tailor your approach specific to the brand needs.
Brand Strategy Relationships: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through creative, strategic approaches that leverage your deep understanding of brand marketing and advocacy. Close high-value SaaS deals with CMOs and senior leaders, bringing their vision to life through Duel. You’ll own and exceed your quota.
Thought Leadership: Position yourself and Duel as thought leaders by staying ahead of brand marketing trends, influencing the market, and earning the trust of decision-makers.
The Person:
Passionate About Brands: You’re a brand advocate, you know who your favourite brands are, and why. You understand brand strategy, brand marketing, and influence marketing. Whether you’re from an agency, consultancy, or client-side experience, you know how brands build emotional connections, community and scale their influence through campaigns.
Commercially Driven: You thrive in a quota-driven environment and have proven success owning and exceeding targets. Big deals excite you, and you’re motivated by both the challenge and the reward.
Personal Brand: Building trust and rapport comes naturally to you,your personal brand is a promise to your clients… a promise of quality, consistency, competency, and reliability. You love digging into problems to find the best solutions for your clients.
Collaborative and Ambitious: You’re a team player, internally and externally. You’re motivated to build multilayered relationships with stakeholders that move you closer to achieve your quota. You can balance collaboration and improvisation effectively, and drive your ambition with persistence.
The Experience:
Experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, or influencer marketing, whether on the agency or brand side.
A track record of closing enterprise deals into senior marketing decision-makers (e.g., CMO, VP of Marketing).
Enterprise MarTech/ E-commerce or SaaS experience selling big deals to the C-Suite.
