Director of Marketing

We’re looking for a Director of Marketing to spearhead Duel’s growth. This is a hot opportunity to be a part of a growing MarTech startup working with some of the best beauty and fashion brands across the globe. You’ll be developing the Brand Advocacy category while orchestrating the strategic construction of our sales pipeline. With a keen focus on our Ideal Customer Profile, you'll craft innovative brand strategies and amplify market awareness through targeted performance marketing initiatives. This role requires a fusion of brand development and data-driven marketing acumen.

THE ROLE
Are you a proven Marketing Leader with a flair for B2B Enterprise strategies and dynamic demand generation tactics? We're on the lookout for a leader who understands the nuances of our ICP, their challenges, and their desires, while igniting demand across our target market.
As the captain of our marketing squad, you'll orchestrate every element of the marketing mix, from captivating propositions to widespread awareness, seamless execution across all channels, and dynamic demand generation strategies. We need someone who can showcase their wizardry in critical thinking and analysis through metrics and measurements, driving our global brand forward, and ushering targeted leads into our pipeline while becoming a pivotal player in our business expansion.
Team Leadership:
Lead the marketing team covering Brand, Events, Product Marketing, and Digital campaigns.
Guide Business Development Reps in qualifying MQLs and nurturing relationships with target accounts.
Oversee contractors for specific campaigns and PR initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales and other cross functional departments to maximize revenue opportunities across the customer lifecycle.
Demand Generation:
Drive demand generation strategies to fuel growth and customer acquisition.
Proposition Development:
Develop compelling marketing propositions to expand awareness and drive pipeline growth.
Continuously refine propositions to improve conversion rates.
Content Creation:
Create and curate engaging content to maximize market awareness and campaign effectiveness.
Innovate new content formats to keep audience engagement high.
Market Awareness:
Drive Public Relations, Social Awareness campaigns, and Thought Leadership activities to elevate brand profile.
Establish the company as the Category Leader in Brand Advocacy.
Website Management:
Optimize website traffic to generate MQLs and SALs.
Transform the website into the core resource hub for Brand Advocacy.
Campaign Management:
Lead Digital Campaigns across multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, email, and ABM.
Develop new campaign ideas to increase awareness and pipeline growth.
Create nurture campaigns to develop leads and contacts into MQLs and SALs.
Event Coordination:
Expand and enhance existing Events to engage target customers and move the pipeline forward.
Innovate new ideas and initiatives to build the company community.
Metrics and Analysis:
Utilize metrics and analysis to inform decision-making and experimentation.
Leverage Marketing tech stack, including Hubspot, to manage activities.

EXPERIENCE
Ability to build relationships and work within a leadership team to drive change across the marketing team and the wider company
B2B SaaS Marketing leadership, able to lead a multi faceted team to deliver revenue growth within the Enterprise market
Experience in the B2B Martech market
Experience in developing Market Awareness leading to sales pipeline across European and US markets using multiple channels and resources
The ability to develop performance marketing tactics to engage specifically targeted enterprise customers, using ABM techniques
Track record in the development of adaptable strategies to maximise marketing budget and resources to improve conversion rates and results
